AKIKO NISHIMAKI is the leading table coordinator (food environment coordinator) in Japan. She mainly works on producing and directing decoration of parties, on-location coordination, and store display by using Japanese traditional handicrafts. She was awarded the first prize at the largest table coordinate contest in Japan held in 2014 and received Minister Prize of Economic, Trade and Industry. She was chosen among 2,000 competitors.
